Unlike most resorts that only offer 6 month access, our prices include YEAR ROUND USE of the resort and facilities. Our "Three Season Living Package" with year round use for you snow birds runs from April to December for only $350 per month.

Some will find greater value with our membership options, an alternative to paying seasonal fees, place your trailer in storage for only $350.00 per year for trailers under 30ft - from $450 for over 30ft (plus HST). We can also handle the details of moving it for you for only $10 per pull or enquire about unlimited pulls (plus HST) from May 1st to Thanksgiving. Plus you get year round facility use. And yes you can come up every weekend and use it.
